The AxiForm® system has been designed, tested and developed over a period
of 15 years. It is a proven, reliable, durable system that is equally applicable
to walls, columns, entryways, monuments signs and other landscape features.
 AxiForm®
system posts
Structural galvanized steel posts are typically spaced at 8 ft. centers
and installed with vertical footings to suit local ground conditions and
code requirements. The gauge and spacing of posts and depth of concrete
required may vary depending upon wind loading requirements.

 AxiForm®
panels
Panels are manufactured from expanded bead polystyrene (EPS) and are
fabricated to incorporate horizontal galvanized steel reinforcing channels.
The panels are designed to slide over the steel posts resulting in the
total encapsulation of the structural steel components.

 AxiPlast
The whole encapsulated system is coated with a single half-inch coat
of AxiPlast stucco. AxiPlast is a high strength, fiber reinforced, polymer
modified, cementitious coating specifically designed for application to
EPS.

Accents & Finishing
The seamless nature of AxiForm® walls allows designers to place columns
at any intervals along the length of the wall. In addition a variety of
different styles of column and wall caps can be incorporated together
with bands, medallions and other forms of trim. A variety of different
textured finishes and paint colors can be applied to complete the system.

& Freedom of Design
The simplicity of AxiForm® allows for the system to be adapted to
produce freestanding columns, knee walls, planters, combination walls
of solid wall, post and fence rail and creative landscaped features for
applications such as entryway and monument signs.
